Cancellation Policy
1 guest at a time allowed in studio with client. Cancelling an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in being charged 30% of the services scheduled. Cancelling within 24 hours will result in being charged 50% of services scheduled. NO SHOWS or cancelling within 6 hours will result in being charged 100% of services scheduled. Clients that arrive 15+ minutes late may have to forfeit their appointment.
